Offerings - Wave:  Wave offerings are given to the priesthood.

  1. Lev. 7:10-14

    • "His own hands shall bring the offerings of YHVH made by fire, the fat with the breast, it shall he bring, that the breast may be waved for a wave offering before YHVH. And the priest shall burn the fat upon the altar: but the breast shall be Aaron's and his sons'. And the right shoulder shall ye give unto the priest for an heave offering of the sacrifices of your peace offerings. He among the sons of Aaron, that offereth the blood of the peace offerings, and the fat, shall have the right shoulder for his part. For the wave breast and the heave shoulder have I taken of the children of Israel from off the sacrifices of their peace offerings, and have given them unto Aaron the priest and unto his sons by a statute for ever from among the children of Israel."

And thou shalt receive them of their hands, and burn them upon the altar for a burnt offering, for a sweet savour before YHVH: it is an offering made by fire unto YHVH. And thou shalt take the breast of the ram of Aaron's consecration, and wave it for a wave offering before YHVH: and it shall be thy part.     • "And Moses took the breast, and waved it for a wave offering before YHVH: for of the ram of consecration it was Moses' part; as YHVH commanded Moses."

    • "And the wave breast and heave shoulder shall ye eat in a clean place; thou, and thy sons, and thy daughters with thee: for they be thy due, and thy sons' due, which are given out of the sacrifices of peace offerings of the children of Israel. The heave shoulder and the wave breast shall they bring with the offerings made by fire of the fat, to wave it for a wave offering before YHVH; and it shall be thine, and thy sons' with thee, by a statute for ever; as YHVH hath commanded."

    • "And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the firstfruits for a wave offering before YHVH, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to YHVH for the priest."

  5. Num. 6:20

    • "And the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before YHVH: this is holy for the priest, with the wave breast and heave shoulder: and after that the Nazarite may drink wine."

  6. Num. 18:9-11

    • "This shall be thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, every meat offering of theirs, and every sin offering of theirs, and every trespass offering of theirs which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons. In the most holy place shalt thou eat it; every male shall eat it: it shall be holy unto thee. And this is thine; the heave offering of their gift, with all the wave offerings of the children of Israel: I have given them unto thee, and to thy sons and to thy daughters with thee, by a statute for ever: every one that is clean in thy house shall eat of it."
